What does it mean to paint a place—not just its shape, but its memory, its weather, its weight?
Place and Paint is a 6-week online course exploring expressive, intuitive landscape painting through a mixed media lens. Each week offers a follow at your own pace online experience including worksheets, downloadable pdfs, community whatsapp group, and guided activities. The week is rounded out with a live 1-hour session that blends painterly demos, presentations, art theory lessons, guided prompts, and thoughtful reflection. The live session is recorded so if you can’t make it to class, you can watch anytime!
This course is about learning the basics and then tuning in to the self to develop a language of place that’s all your own.
Perfect for artists of all levels.
